What's included

Cleanouts we handle.

Garage cleanouts

Front to back — tools, yard equipment, old furniture, boxes, bikes, shelving and general debris. Priced by how much space it fills in the van.

Estate cleanouts

Full-property clearouts after a death, downsizing or sale. We work with families, attorneys and realtors and handle the job with care. Larger estates may need multiple trips or a custom quote.

Basement & attic cleanouts

Years of stored items cleared and hauled. We carry everything out regardless of which floor it's on.

Property & rental cleanouts

Furniture, belongings and debris left behind after a tenant vacates. We work fast so units get back on the market.

Construction & renovation waste

Drywall, wood scraps, tile, flooring, roofing material, insulation — priced separately by weight at $50 per quarter-ton.

Whole-home haul-away

The full contents of a home, garage, attic, basement or storage unit — essentially anything that needs to come out.

We can't take certain hazardous materials — text us a photo and we'll tell you straight. See the full list of what we take →

Estate cleanouts

How an estate cleanout actually goes.

An estate cleanout is rarely just a hauling job — there's usually a closing date, an out-of-state executor, and a house full of decisions nobody wants to rush. Here's the process we run, start to finish:

Walkthrough by photo or in person

Text us photos of each room, or we'll walk the property with you. Larger estates get an in-person quote so the number is firm, not a guess.

Set-asides first

Tell us what stays — documents, photos, jewelry boxes, anything the family wants — and we work around it. If we find items that look personal or valuable mid-job, we set them aside and ask rather than assume.

Cleared on your deadline

Single loads clear in one visit; full estates may take multiple trips on a scheduled window that fits your closing or listing date. We coordinate directly with the realtor or attorney when that's easier for you.

Where the contents go

Usable furniture, kitchenware and household goods are routed to local donation centers when they're in giveable condition — a full house holds a lot that shouldn't end up in a landfill. Metal is recycled, and the rest goes to licensed disposal. If you're out of state, we document the whole job with before-and-after photos, so you can see the empty, broom-swept rooms without flying in.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do I need to sort or bag anything before you arrive?

No. You do not need to touch a thing. We carry everything out and sort at our end. Just let us know if there are items you want to keep and we will work around those.

How do you price a cleanout?

By volume - how much van space the load fills. The minimum is $159 for 1-2 small items, and a full van is $649. Add-ons: construction debris $50 per quarter-ton, stairs $25 per floor, disassembly $30 per item. Large or multi-load jobs get a custom quote. Your price is always confirmed on-site before we start.

Can you handle a full estate after a family member has passed?

Yes. We do estate cleanouts regularly and understand these jobs are personal. We work carefully, coordinate with whatever timeline you are working against, and can work directly with realtors or attorneys if needed.

How fast can you get to us for a cleanout?

Same-day and next-day availability on most days across Fairfield County - Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, Stratford, Fairfield, Trumbull, Shelton, Milford, Greenwich and the surrounding area. Larger jobs may need a scheduled window.

Can you handle a cleanout if I live out of state?

Yes. Executors and out-of-state family members run cleanouts through us by phone and photo all the time — we document the job with before-and-after photos and you never have to be on site.
