These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website (the "Site") and the junk removal and cleanout services provided by One Call Services ("One Call," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Our Services

One Call provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services in Fairfield County, Connecticut and surrounding areas. Services include the removal and responsible disposal, donation, or recycling of household and commercial items, subject to these Terms and applicable law. See all services and our service area.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Any price provided by phone, text, email, or through the Site before we see the job in person is an estimate based on the information you provide.
  • Our current published rates are volume-based: minimum (1–2 items) $159, 1/3 van $249, 2/3 van $395, full van $510. Add-ons: disassembly $30/item, construction debris $50/quarter-ton, stairs $15/floor, hazmat $10/gal. Published rates may change; the rates in effect at the time of service apply.
  • The final price is always confirmed on-site before any work begins. Final pricing depends on the actual volume, weight, item types, access (such as stairs), and labor required.
  • Additional charges ("add-ons") may apply for items such as extra labor, construction debris, disassembly, stairs, hazardous materials, or heavy cleaning. We will tell you the all-in price before we start.
  • By allowing us to begin work, you agree to the on-site price as quoted.

3. Scheduling, Access & Cancellations

  • You agree to provide safe and lawful access to the items to be removed and to ensure the items are yours to dispose of (or that you are authorized to dispose of them).
  • Please let us know as early as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Items We Cannot Accept

For safety and legal reasons, we may decline certain materials or charge special handling fees. Items we generally cannot take, or that require special arrangements, include (but are not limited to) hazardous waste, wet paint, certain chemicals, asbestos, medical or biohazardous waste, and other regulated materials. If you are unsure about an item, ask us before your appointment — or read what junk removal companies take.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept Cash, Card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and Check. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Your Responsibilities

  • You confirm that you own the items to be removed or have authority to have them removed and disposed of.
  • You agree to remove or secure any valuables, personal documents, or items you do not want taken before our crew begins. Once items are removed and disposed of, they generally cannot be recovered.
  • You agree to disclose any known hazards at the job site.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Call will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Call and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of the items or site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Communications

Text message (SMS) marketing requires your separate consent, as described on our booking form and in our Privacy Policy. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
