If you are unsure about an item, ask us before your appointment.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of service. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, One Call will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Call and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misrepresentation of the items or site, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
